Jyotsna Poddar increases stake in Chambal Fertilisers

Jyotsna Poddar acquired 100,000 equity shares in Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited, raising her total holding to 6,640,972 shares. This represents 1.66% of the company's total paid-up share capital.

The acquisitions, consisting of 50,000 equity shares each, occurred on December 2 and December 3, 2025, through open market transactions.
