InterGlobe Aviation allots ESOP shares to employees

InterGlobe Aviation Limited’s ESOP Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 500 equity shares to employees following the exercise of vested stock options. These shares, with a par value of INR 10 each, were issued under the InterGlobe Aviation Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2023. This allotment results in a total of 386,590,598 shares outstanding and a total issued share capital of INR 3,865,905,980.

The company confirmed that the newly allotted shares are identical in all respects to existing shares and will be listed on both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE). The filing statement for the ESOP scheme was submitted on September 6, 2023.
