ICICI Prudential fund crosses 5% stake in IndiaMART InterMESH

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund announced an increase in its shareholding in IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd., crossing the 5% threshold of the company's paid-up capital. The acquisition of 196,463 shares occurred on December 2, 2025, through a secondary market purchase.

This latest transaction increased ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund's total voting rights in IndiaMART InterMESH from 4.99% (2,997,559 shares) to 5.32% (3,194,022 shares). The investment is strategic, held from an investment perspective, and does not aim for a controlling interest.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. IndiaMART InterMESH's equity share capital remains at 60,03,21,480, comprising 6,00,32,148 shares with a face value of INR 10 each.
