Hindustan Cotton increases stake in Sarla Performance Fibers

Hindustan Cotton Company, through its partner Mrs. Sarladevi Madhusudan Jhunjhunwala, disclosed the acquisition of an additional 1,557 equity shares (0.0019%) in Sarla Performance Fibers Limited. This transaction took place on December 03, 2025, via the open market and was disclosed under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Following this acquisition, Hindustan Cotton Company's total holding in Sarla Performance Fibers Limited stands at 4,75,71,543 shares, representing 56.9699% of the total share/voting capital. Prior to this, their holding was 4,75,69,986 shares, or 56.9680%. The equity share capital and total voting capital of Sarla Performance Fibers Limited remains at 8,35,03,000 before and after the acquisition.
