Grasim announces new CFO for cellulosic fibres business

Grasim Industries Limited reported a change in its senior management personnel, effective April 2026. Anil Rustogi, the current chief financial officer (CFO) of the cellulosic fibres business, will superannuate on April 3, 2026.

Following Rustogi’s departure, Ashok Machher, currently the CFO of the textiles business, will assume the role of CFO for the cellulosic fibres business, effective April 4, 2026. Machher will continue to hold senior management personnel status within the company.

Machher is a chartered accountant with a long tenure at the Aditya Birla Group, having held various significant assignments across finance, commercial, and corporate affairs for 27 years. His experience spans multiple businesses, including Hindalco, cement, and insulators.
