Diamond Power secures major cable order from Adani Green

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited announced on December 4, 2025, that it has received a Letter of Intent from Adani Green Energy Limited. The order is for the supply of 33KV HV Cables totaling 2126 kms and 3.3KV Solar MV Cables spanning 3539 Kms. These cables are designated for the Khavda and Rajasthan Projects.

The total value of this domestic order is approximately INR 747,64,01,400/-, excluding GST. The contract is based on "Kms rate basis with PV Formulae," and the execution period is set between January 2026 and December 2026.

The company confirmed that no promoter, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in Adani Green Energy Limited, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions. This disclosure was made in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
