Brigade expands Hyderabad presence with new Neopolis land acquisition

Brigade Enterprises Limited has acquired Plot 20, a 4.04-acre land parcel in Neopolis Phase 3, Kokapet, Hyderabad. The acquisition was made through an auction conducted by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority at a cost of INR 118 crores per acre. This move, announced on December 4, 2025, follows the company's previous acquisition in the same micro-market, where Brigade Gateway (Plot No. 8) is currently under development.

The acquisition strengthens Brigade's strategic growth plans in Hyderabad, a key market for the company's expansion strategy. Amar Mysore, executive director, highlighted that this investment underscores their commitment to high-potential locations and delivering future-ready developments. Brigade Group, established in 1986, has developed landmark buildings and transformed skylines across India, with projects spanning residential, office, retail, hospitality, and education sectors in cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
