BEML secures ₹157 crore order for rail maintenance machines

BEML Limited, a Schedule 'A' Company under the Ministry of Defence, has secured an order for the manufacturing of Switch Rail Grinding Machines valued at ₹157 Crores. M/s Loram Rail Maintenance India Private Limited placed this significant order. The machines are designated for supply to Indian Railways to support their track maintenance operations, indicating a continued focus on improving national rail infrastructure.

This disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and is considered to be in the normal course of business for BEML. The company, which operates across Defence & Aerospace, Mining & Construction, and Rail & Metro sectors, continues to strengthen its presence in key industrial segments.
