Aadhar Housing Finance boosts capital with new equity share allotment

Aadhar Housing Finance Limited has announced the allotment of 244,888 equity shares of ₹10 each on December 4, 2025, to eligible option holders under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2020. This allotment, made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, increases the company's paid-up equity share capital.

Following the exercise of these options, the company's paid-up equity share capital now stands at ₹4,33,78,71,190, comprising 4,33,78,71,190 fully paid-up equity shares of ₹10 each. The newly allotted shares rank pari passu with existing equity shares of the company in all respects. The event occurred on December 4, 2025.
