UltraTech Cement authorizes KMPs for materiality determinations

UltraTech Cement Limited, in an announcement dated December 3, 2025, informed both BSE Limited and The National Stock Exchange of India Limited about the authorization of its key managerial personnel (KMPs) to determine the materiality of events or information. This authorization is in accordance with Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The authorized KMPs include K. C. Jhanwar, managing director; Atul Daga, chief financial officer; and Dhiraj Kapoor, company secretary and compliance officer. Dhiraj Kapoor’s appointment as company secretary and compliance officer became effective from December 1, 2025. These individuals are also jointly empowered to disclose material events or information to the stock exchange(s) as per the regulations.
