Ujjivan Small Finance Bank schedules investor meets in December

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited has announced an investor and analyst meet under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) 2015. The bank will hold two in-person meetings in December 2025.

The first meeting is scheduled for December 8, 2025, in Bengaluru, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Counterparties for this session include Flowering Tree Investment Management, ENAM, and MK Ventures. The second meeting will take place on December 11, 2025, in Mumbai, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with GeeCee, Authum Inv, and Piperserica as participants.

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank confirms that no unpublished price-sensitive information will be shared during these meetings. Any changes to the schedule will be communicated due to potential exigencies.
