Strides Pharma names Nandini Matiyani new HR executive VP

Strides Pharma Science Limited announced that Surabhi Loshali, the company's group CHRO, has resigned to pursue other professional and personal aspirations. Her last day with the company will be January 2, 2026. Loshali has been with Strides for over five years, assuming the group CHRO role on June 1, 2024. The company acknowledged her valuable contributions and leadership during her tenure.

Effective December 1, 2025, Nandini Matiyani has been appointed as the executive vice president - human resources. Matiyani brings over 20 years of experience in HR leadership, specializing in people strategy, high-performance cultures, digital transformation, leadership succession, and diversity and inclusion across multinational and publicly listed technology organizations. Her expertise aligns with the company's strategic direction.

The company has formally notified the BSE and NSE of these changes in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
