Signpost India to hold meetings with investors and analysts

Signpost India Limited has issued an advance intimation regarding a schedule of analyst and institutional investor meetings, in accordance with Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Company officials will engage with investors and participants in group meetings in Mumbai, commencing at 4:00 p.m. onwards on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.

Discussions during these interactions will be based solely on publicly available information. Signpost India explicitly stated that no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) is intended to be shared during these interactions.
