Signpost India promoters reclassified to public category

Signpost India Limited announced on December 3, 2025, that it has received no-objection letters from both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited for the reclassification of certain individuals and an entity from the 'Promoter and Promoter Group' category to the 'Public' category. This reclassification aligns with Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The reclassification applies to Niren Chand Suchanti, Navin Chand Suchanti, and Pramina Suchanti, who are now categorized as 'Promoter', along with Pressman Realty Private Limited, reclassified as 'Promoter Group'. These approvals follow an application submitted by Signpost India on July 9, 2025.

The company has been instructed to ensure compliance with all subsequent relevant disclosures of material events related to this reclassification, as per the applicable provisions of Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
