Rail Vikas Nigam elevates Vegi Ramu Naidu to executive director

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited has appointed Shri Vegi Ramu Naidu as its new executive director/civil. This promotion, effective December 3, 2025, follows his successful empanelment and approval by the CMD after completing the prescribed service length and being found suitable by the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC). Mr. Naidu, previously CPM-GGM (civil) in Waltair, will now be part of RVNL's senior management personnel.

Mr. Naidu's new role as executive director (civil) places him in the E-9 Grade of CPSE, with an IDA Scale of ₹1,50,000-3,00,000 (revised). He is a 1993 Batch Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer with extensive experience in railway and highway infrastructure, operations, HR, and contract management.

Prior to this promotion, he served for six years at Visakhapatnam, where he oversaw major railway doubling, 3rd line projects, and NHAI 4 Lane Project constructions involving significant bridges. His appointment aligns with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
