NHPC's Subansiri Lower HE project unit achieves test synchronization

NHPC Limited has informed exchanges about the successful test synchronization of the 250 MW (Unit#2) of its 2000 MW Subansiri Lower HE Project with the national grid. This crucial milestone was achieved on December 2, 2025, in the evening, as stated in their recent communication.

The company anticipates that the commercial operation date (CoD) for Unit#2 will commence in December 2025. Further developments regarding the project will be communicated in due course.

This update follows a series of previous communications from NHPC, dated between October 5, 2023, and October 10, 2025, and is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
