NACL Industries committee to finalize rights issue terms next week

NACL Industries Limited announced its securities issue committee will convene on Monday, December 08, 2025. This meeting follows the board's prior approval on December 01, 2025, to raise funds through a rights issue. The committee will consider, discuss, and decide on various matters pertaining to the rights issue.

Key agenda items for the meeting include determining the rights issue price, the payment mechanism, the rights entitlement ratio, the record date, and the timing of the rights issue, among other related matters. This decision-making process is contingent upon receiving in-principle approval from the stock exchanges where the company's securities are listed and any other required regulatory authorities.

The announcement was issued in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. Satish Kumar Subudhi, senior vice president-legal & company secretary, signed the announcement.
