EPL redeems maturing commercial papers, issues new series

EPL Limited confirmed the fulfillment of its payment obligations for commercial papers issued on September 4, 2025, which matured on December 3, 2025. The company fully redeemed these CPs, totaling Rs. 55 crore, on the maturity date. This redemption was for ISIN INE255A14676, with the record date set for December 2, 2025.

Concurrently, EPL Limited also announced the issuance and allotment of new commercial papers amounting to Rs. 45 crore on December 3, 2025. These new securities, under ISIN INE255A14700, comprise 900 units, each with a face value of Rs. 500,000, and will mature on March 2, 2026. The new issue was priced with a discount rate of 6.45% p.a. and a yield rate of 6.55% p.a.

Both announcements, signed by Onkar Ghangurde, head - legal, company secretary & compliance officer, adhere to SEBI regulations. The company is in the process of listing the newly issued commercial papers with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
