Bajaj Healthcare to meet with investors in December

Bajaj Healthcare Limited has informed stock exchanges about a schedule of meetings with analysts and institutional investors. Company management will engage in these interactions on December 8, 2025, and December 9, 2025.

The meetings are structured as one-on-one or group sessions and will take place in Mumbai. Bajaj Healthcare stated that the date, time, and venue are subject to change based on exigencies from the analyst, institutional investor, or the company.

The company clarified that no unpublished price sensitive information will be shared during these meetings, aligning with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
