AdaniConneX forms new subsidiary for Hyderabad data center

AdaniConneX Private Limited (ACX), a joint venture of Adani Enterprises Limited, has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary named AdaniConneX Hyderabad Three Limited (ACXHTL) in India. The incorporation was confirmed on December 3, 2025. ACXHTL has a subscribed capital of INR 100,000, divided into 10,000 equity shares of INR 10 each.

The primary objective of ACXHTL is to engage in the business of construction, development, and operation of a data center. As of the incorporation date, ACXHTL has not yet commenced business operations, and its turnover is currently Nil. Through ACX, Adani Enterprises indirectly holds 50% share capital of ACXHTL.

The incorporation of ACXHTL was registered with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, on December 3, 2025. This move aligns with the strategic expansion in the data center industry, positioning the joint venture for future growth in this sector.
