Tega Industries: Tata MF boosts stake in fresh allotment

Tata Mutual Fund and its associated entities, including Tata Aggressive Hybrid Fund and Tata Small Cap Fund, have collectively acquired 2,507,522 shares in Tega Industries Limited. This acquisition, classified as a primary market purchase through preferential allotment, took place on November 19, 2025.

Before this transaction, the acquirers held 1,599,279 shares, representing 2.1287% of Tega Industries' total voting capital. Following the acquisition, their combined holding now stands at 4,106,801 shares, increasing their stake to 5.4664%.

The total equity share capital of Tega Industries Limited has increased from INR 66,53,54,920 to INR 75,12,76,980 after this acquisition, with the total diluted share/voting capital also at INR 75,12,76,980.
