TARC secures early occupancy certificate for luxury project Tripundra

TARC Limited announced on December 2, 2025, that the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) granted a completion cum occupancy certificate for its luxury residential project, 'TARC Tripundra,' to Echo Buildtech Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary. This achievement marks a significant execution milestone, secured ahead of projected timelines for the project launched in fiscal year 2023 and completed in fiscal year 2026.

The 'TARC Tripundra' project, located in South Delhi's Pushpanjali Farms, features premium 3 and 4-bedroom residences designed for wellness and luxury living. The receipt of the occupancy certificate allows TARC to commence the formal handover process, which will contribute to revenue recognition, strengthen liquidity, and expedite debt reduction.
