Sanghi Industries, Ambuja Cements scheme hearing set for January 2026

Sanghi Industries Limited announced that the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench, has scheduled a hearing for the joint company petition regarding the scheme of arrangement between Sanghi Industries and Ambuja Cements Limited on January 22, 2026. This follows an order from the Tribunal dated November 27, 2025.
