Omaxe subsidiary secures RERA approval for Faridabad commercial project

Omaxe World Street Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Omaxe Limited, has received a RERA Registration Certificate for its "London Street Extension" project. The commercial colony, located in Sector-79, Faridabad, Haryana, obtained registration number HRERA-PKL-FBD-791-2025. The Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Haryana RERA) granted this approval on December 2, 2025, and it is valid until November 3, 2029.
