Navin Fluorine International appoints Kartikeya Dube to board

Navin Fluorine International Limited announced the appointment of Kartikeya Dube as an additional non-executive director and independent director, effective December 03, 2025. The appointment, recommended by the nomination and remuneration committee and approved by the board, is for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Dube is not related to any existing director of the company and is confirmed not to be debarred from holding a directorship by any regulatory authority.

Mr. Dube brings over 30 years of diverse experience in business, finance, governance, risk, M&A, and investment strategies. He currently serves as chairman of bp Group of Companies, India, and as senior vice president, G&LCE, bp group, overseeing bp's operations in India and leading its gas and low carbon energy business. His career at bp spans over 22 years, with senior roles across upstream, downstream, and energy value chains.

A chartered accountant and a bachelor of commerce from Sydenham College, Mr. Dube's extensive background includes leadership positions in finance, commercial, and business transformation. The board of directors meeting where the appointment was approved concluded on December 02, 2025.
