Modison declares interim dividend for financial year 2025-26

Modison Limited's board of directors, in a meeting held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, declared an interim dividend of 2.50 rupees (250%) per equity share of 1.00 rupee each for the financial year 2025-26. The meeting commenced at 11:30 a.m. and concluded at 12:30 p.m.

Following the dividend declaration, the company has set Monday, December 8, 2025, as the 'record date' to determine the members entitled to receive the interim dividend. The payment of this dividend, subject to tax deduction at source, is scheduled to be made on or after Tuesday, December 9, 2025.

The dividend will be distributed to beneficial owners as of the close of business hours on December 8, 2025, as per the lists provided by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). For shares held in physical form, the dividend will be paid to members after accounting for valid transmission or transposition requests lodged with the company by the close of business hours on the same record date.
