Mazda Limited secures Rs 24.50 crore condenser supply order

Mazda Limited has been awarded a new order valued at Rs 24.50 crore (excluding tax) for the manufacture and supply of condensers. The order was received from a prominent EPC consultant based in Mumbai.

The company is mandated to execute the order within an 11-month timeframe, commencing from the date of approval of technical drawings and documents. This order represents a substantial engagement for Mazda Limited.

The announcement confirms that neither the promoter, promoter group, nor any group companies have an interest in the entity that awarded the contract, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction, ensuring an "arms' length" deal. This disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
