Marico allots 63,494 equity shares under ESOP 2016

Marico Limited, through a resolution passed by its Securities Committee on December 2, 2025, has allotted 63,494 equity shares, each with a face value of Re. 1, under various schemes of the ESOP 2016. This allotment results from the exercise of stock options by eligible grantees.

Consequently, the company's paid-up share capital has increased from 1,29,79,89,742 equity shares to 1,29,80,53,236 equity shares. This move aligns with Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, and Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
