KPI Green Energy secures floating solar EPC contract for Gujarat project

KPI Green Energy Limited has secured an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract from Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited (GSECL) for a 142 MW (DC) / 110 MW (AC) floating solar photovoltaic (FSPV) project. The project will be located at the reservoir of the Kadana Dam in Mahisagar district, Gujarat.

The contract involves a full turnkey scope, including design, engineering, procurement, construction, and installation of the floating PV system, grid-connection infrastructure, and a 10-year operation and maintenance (O&M) agreement. The aggregate value of the order is ₹489.17 crore and it is slated for completion within 18 months.
