Jindal Cement increases stake in Jindal Steel to 0.21%

Jindal Cement Industries Private Limited, formerly known as Jindal Panther Cement Private Limited, acquired 134,263 equity shares of Jindal Steel Limited on November 27, 2025. This open market transaction increased Jindal Cement's total shareholding in Jindal Steel from 2,023,361 to 2,157,624 shares.

Prior to the acquisition, Jindal Cement held 0.20% of Jindal Steel's total share/voting capital. Following the acquisition, its stake rose to 0.21%. The total equity share capital of Jindal Steel Limited remains at INR 1,02,00,88,097, represented by 1,02,00,88,097 equity shares of INR 1/- each, both before and after the transaction.

Jindal Cement Industries Private Limited is identified as part of the promoter group of Jindal Steel Limited, as per the disclosure made on December 1, 2025, under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
