Jagatjit Industries reschedules board meeting for financial results

Jagatjit Industries Limited has informed BSE Limited about the rescheduling of its Board of Directors meeting. Originally set for Friday, November 14, 2025, the meeting will now take place on Friday, December 5, 2025. The primary agenda remains the consideration and approval of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The trading window for dealing in the company's shares by designated persons, in accordance with the Code of Prevention of Insider Trading, will remain closed until December 7, 2025.
