Insolation Green secures over ₹516 crore in solar module orders

Insolation Green Energy Private Limited (IGEPPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy Ltd., has announced new sale orders totaling ₹516.05 crore, inclusive of GST. These orders are for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules and are expected to be executed between 2025 and 2027.

The orders comprise two main components: a purchase order for ₹357.00 crore (inclusive of GST) for the supply of Solar PV Module N Type Topcon to an IPP company, and additional purchase orders aggregating to ₹159.05 crore (inclusive of GST) for the supply of Solar PV Modules to various companies participating in the PM KUSUM scheme across Andhra Pradesh. These contracts highlight IGEPPL's expanding footprint in both large-scale utility projects and government-backed initiatives.

The company confirmed that these orders were awarded by domestic entities and relate to the supply of Solar PV Modules. No promoter, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in the entities that awarded these orders, and the transactions are not considered related-party transactions, ensuring arm's length dealings.
