India Shelter Finance allots equity shares under ESOP schemes

India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited has allotted 76,836 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 5/- each to employees who exercised their stock options under the company's ESOP Schemes. This allotment, approved by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee on December 2, 2025, increased the company's paid-up share capital from Rs. 542,600,900 to Rs. 542,985,080, raising the total number of equity shares from 108,520,180 to 108,597,016. The new shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.

The allotment comprises 70,881 equity shares under the ESOP 2021 scheme and 5,955 equity shares under the ESOP 2023 scheme. Exercise prices per share varied, with the ESOP 2021 scheme ranging from Rs. 154.80 to Rs. 207.70, and the ESOP 2023 scheme at Rs. 204. Premiums per share also varied accordingly.

The company confirmed that the newly allotted shares are identical to existing equity shares and it is completing the necessary formalities for their listing.
