ICICI Lombard allots shares under employee stock schemes

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited has allotted a total of 28,269 equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10, on December 2, 2025. This allotment was made under two distinct employee schemes: the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2005, which accounted for 27,195 equity shares, and the ICICI Lombard - Employees Stock Unit Scheme – 2023, which saw 1,074 equity shares allotted.

The allotment was approved by a whole-time director of the company on December 2, 2025, at 3:29 p.m., exercising authority delegated by the board of directors at a meeting held on July 18, 2023. These newly allotted equity shares will rank pari-passu with the company's existing equity shares in all respects.
