Gopika Gupta raises Roto Pumps stake through open market buys

Gopika Gupta, part of the promoter group of Roto Pumps Limited, acquired an additional 92,460 equity shares of INR 1/- each in the company on November 24-25, 2025. These shares were purchased through both off-market and open market transactions, increasing her direct holding from 2,07,540 shares (0.11%) to 3,00,000 shares (0.16%) of the total share capital.

Following these acquisitions, the total promoter and promoter group holding in Roto Pumps stands at 12,56,14,515 shares, representing 66.66% of the company's total equity share capital of INR 18,84,45,660/-. This disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Separately, Gopika Gupta acquired an additional 43,482 equity shares on November 27-28, 2025, through open market transactions. This further increased her individual holding to 3,43,482 shares, representing 0.18% of the company's equity. The total promoter and promoter group holding consequently increased to 12,57,78,252 shares (66.74%).
