Chiripal family reduces stake in Shanti Educational Initiatives

Jaiprakash D Chiripal, Ronak Chiripal, and Savitridevi V Chiripal, acting as persons acting in concert, have disclosed a sale of shares in Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited. This transaction took place on November 18, 2025.

Prior to the sale, the group collectively held 1,81,10,621 shares, representing 11.25% of the total share/voting capital. The sale involved 20,00,000 shares, reducing their combined holding.

Following the sale, their total stake stands at 1,61,10,621 shares, which constitutes 10.01% of the total share/voting capital. The company's total equity capital remains at Rs.16,10,00,000 (16,10,00,000 equity shares of Rs.1/- each) both before and after the transaction.
