BPCL director Asheesh Joshi's deputation tenure concludes

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has informed stock exchanges about a change in its directorate, concerning Asheesh Joshi, joint secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoP&NG). His central deputation tenure in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas concluded on December 1, 2025.

Previously, on June 20, 2025, BPCL had communicated Joshi's nomination to its board of directors. This nomination, as per an MoP&NG letter dated June 19, 2025, was for a period of three years on a co-terminus basis with his tenure at the ministry, or until further orders from the ministry, whichever was earlier.

Consequently, with the completion of Joshi's deputation tenure at the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas on December 1, 2025, his directorship at BPCL has also concluded. The company requested that this information be taken on record by the BSE Ltd. and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
