BHEL announces senior management changes and new appointments

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has disclosed changes in its senior management, effective December 1, 2025. Rajesh Pratap Singh Sisodia, formerly executive director (NREB), Industry Sector, New Delhi, has been relieved from BHEL's services. He has been appointed as director (projects & planning) in NLC India Limited (NLCIL) with a pay scale of INR 1,80,000-3,40,000/-, as per a Ministry of Coal letter dated November 25/26, 2025. Sisodia will retain a lien on his BHEL post until his tenure with NLCIL ends or May 24, 2028, whichever is earlier.

Following this, Sutripto De has been appointed as the new general manager & head (NREB) for the Industry Sector in New Delhi, effective December 2, 2025. He will report directly to the director (IS & P). De holds a BE (electrical) and MBA (marketing) and joined BHEL on July 29, 1992, bringing 33 years of service experience to his new role.

These appointments and reassignments are made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
