Aurum PropTech expands PropTech ecosystem with new subsidiary

Aurum PropTech Limited’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Helloworld Technologies India Private Limited (HWTPL), has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary named Helloworld Living Private Limited (HWLPL). This new entity was officially incorporated on November 24, 2025, and is registered with the Registrar of Companies in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

HWLPL has an authorized share capital of INR 1,00,000 and a paid-up share capital of INR 1,00,000. HWTPL will subscribe to 10,000 equity shares of INR 10 each, giving it 100% ownership of HWLPL. The new subsidiary is classified within the PropTech industry and aims to deepen Aurum PropTech’s existing ecosystem.

As of its incorporation, HWLPL has no turnover, indicating that it has yet to commence business operations. This strategic move is intended to enhance the company's offerings within the PropTech sector. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
