Adani Green Energy forms two new renewable energy subsidiaries

Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), through its wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited, has incorporated two new wholly-owned step-down subsidiary companies: Urjasetu Renewables Limited and Hydrobloom Power Limited. Both entities were incorporated on December 02, 2025.

Each new subsidiary has an authorized capital of Rs. 1,00,000 and a paid-up capital of Rs. 1,00,000. Urjasetu Renewables Limited and Hydrobloom Power Limited are yet to commence business operations, with their primary objective being to generate, develop, transform, distribute, transmit, and supply various forms of power or electrical energy from wind, solar, and other renewable sources.

The incorporation of these new entities aligns with AGEL's strategy to expand its presence in the renewable energy sector. Both new subsidiaries were incorporated in India and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad. Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited holds 100% of the share capital in both new companies.
