Wipro allots over 1.3m equity shares from employee stock plans

Wipro Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited about the allotment of equity shares. The company allotted 1,278,034 equity shares under the ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 and an additional 53,274 equity shares under the Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007.

These allotments, made on December 1, 2025, resulted from the exercise of ESOPs (Employee Stock Option Plans). The total number of shares allotted across both plans is 1,331,308.

Company secretary M Sanaulla Khan confirmed the information, stating the notification is for the information and records of the respective stock exchanges and stakeholders.
