Websol energy system changes non-deal roadshow venue in Mumbai

Websol Energy System Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited about a change in venue for its previously intimated non-deal roadshow. The event, originally scheduled for Thursday, December 4, 2025, and Friday, December 5, 2025, will now be held at Sofitel BKC, Mumbai, instead of Trident BKC, Mumbai. This alteration is due to "some exigencies."

The company clarified that, despite the venue change, there is no modification to the day, date, or time of the scheduled non-deal roadshow. However, it noted that the dates and times remain subject to change, potentially due to exigencies on the part of the company or any participating analyst, investor, or fund. The announcement was issued in continuation of a letter dated November 28, 2025, regarding the same roadshow.

The non-deal roadshow is organized by Churchgate Partners. Raju Sharma, company secretary and compliance officer, digitally signed the announcement on December 1, 2025.
