Anisha Raoof Dhanani, a promoter of Sayaji Hotels Limited, has increased her stake in the company through an open market purchase. The acquisition involved 26,203 shares, representing 0.15% of the total share/voting capital. This transaction took place between November 25, 2025, and November 27, 2025.

Prior to this acquisition, Dhanani held 2,501,708 shares, equivalent to 14.28% of the company's total share/voting capital. Following the acquisition, her holding increased to 2,527,911 shares, bringing her total ownership to 14.43%.
