Sadhana Nitro Chem appoints Rony Mukesh Shah to senior management

Sadhana Nitro Chem Limited has informed the stock exchanges of the appointment of Rony Mukesh Shah as a senior management personnel within the secretarial team, effective December 1, 2025. This appointment is made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Shah is a company secretary with over 11 years of experience in the related field. He will assume the role of compliance officer, alongside Nitin R. Jani, who continues as the senior company secretary, compliance officer, and head of the secretarial department.

This strategic move aims to strengthen the company’s secretarial and compliance functions. The company confirmed that there are no relationships between Shah and any existing directors.
