Roto Pumps promoter group increases stake, corrects earlier disclosure

The promoter and promoter group of Roto Pumps Limited, including Harish Chandra Gupta, Harish Chandra Gupta HUF, Neera Gupta, and Gaisu Saluja, have collectively acquired 120,255 equity shares, valued at ₹1/- each, through open market transactions. This updated figure supersedes the previously reported acquisition of 101,194 shares, correcting an inadvertent error.

The acquisition details show Harish Chandra Gupta acquiring 49,700 shares, Harish Chandra Gupta HUF acquiring 5,494 shares, Neera Gupta acquiring 32,000 shares, and Gaisu Saluja acquiring 33,061 shares. These purchases occurred across November 25, 26, and 27, 2025.

Following these acquisitions, the total holding of the promoter and promoter group now stands at 125,734,770 shares, representing 66.72% of the total share/voting capital. The equity share capital of Roto Pumps Limited is Rs. 188,445,660 divided into 188,445,660 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each.
