Patel Engineering announces ISIN for rights entitlements

Patel Engineering Limited announced today that the International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) for its rights entitlements is INE244B20022. This follows a meeting of the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors on November 28, 2025. The company has made arrangements with NSDL and CDSL to credit these rights entitlements in dematerialized form to eligible equity shareholders.

The rights entitlements will be credited to shareholders' demat accounts prior to the issue opening date. The record date for determining eligible equity shareholders is December 4, 2025. This action is in accordance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and a SEBI circular dated January 22, 2020.
