Omaxe acquires 40% stake in Aquarise Developers

Omaxe Limited has disclosed its acquisition of 4,000 equity shares in Aquarise Developers Private Limited, representing a 40% stake in the company. This transaction makes Aquarise Developers an associate company of Omaxe Limited. The subscription amounted to INR 40,000, with each share having a face value of INR 10, and the payment was made through a banking channel.

Aquarise Developers Private Limited, incorporated in India on November 30, 2025, operates within the real estate and building and construction industries. The acquisition required standard governmental or regulatory approvals from the Registrar of Companies.
