Minda Corporation appoints Supratik Roy as CEO for emerging businesses

Minda Corporation Limited has announced the appointment of Supratik Roy as CEO-Emerging Business, effective December 1, 2025. This disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Roy brings a wealth of experience, holding an MBA from IIT Bombay & WashU, with further specializations from IIM Lucknow and JNUV University. His professional background includes extensive knowledge of key OEMs in the automotive industry, encompassing both two-wheeler and four-wheeler segments, along with a deep understanding of the EV component ecosystem, including localization efforts from Japan and Southeast Asia to India.

His previous roles have involved spearheading large operations, including greenfield projects. The company's registered office is in Delhi, India.
