L&T Technology Services (LTTS) has developed a next-gen AI-powered digital twin platform for respiratory diagnostics and lung navigation, integrating its MedTech expertise with NVIDIA AI infrastructure. This platform aims to enhance diagnostic precision and accessibility for healthcare providers globally. The solution will be unveiled at the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) 2025.

The LTTS solution leverages CT imaging and deep learning models to create a 3D digital twin of lung anatomy, providing visualization of airways, blood vessels, lung lobes, and lesions. Powered by NVIDIA MONAI and NVIDIA TensorRT, the platform enables interactive visualization, precise path planning, and navigation support for bronchoscopy, improving clinical efficiency.

This innovation transforms surgical planning and advances care for serious conditions such as lung cancer, COPD, and infectious diseases by providing intuitive, clinically meaningful simulations that mirror real-world anatomy. The collaboration highlights how NVIDIA's accelerated computing and AI capabilities, combined with LTTS's expertise, are bringing real-time AI and biological digital twins to clinical practice.
