Kwality Wall's (India) announces leadership, office changes

Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) announced a material update regarding its scheme of arrangement with Kwality Wall's (India) Limited (KWIL). On December 1, 2025, KWIL communicated key changes, including a shift in its registered office from Unilever House to 13th Floor, Oberoi Commerz II, Goregaon East, Mumbai – 400063. This change is effective from December 1, 2025, and remains within the same city limits.

Additionally, three non-executive directors of KWIL, Navin Jain, Vinita Nair, and Shalini Sinha, have resigned. Their resignations are effective from the close of business hours on November 30, 2025. These resignations are a result of the reconstitution of KWIL's board of directors following the effectiveness of the scheme of arrangement between HUL and KWIL and their respective shareholders.

The disclosure was made in compliance with the requirements of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, and in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
